Their 2024 and 2025 financial books needed a deep audit, and their "Odoo Online" setup lacked the flexibility to automate complex payout reconciliations and multi-channel sales.

We began with a comprehensive financial audit to clean their books and ensure tax compliance. To unlock the automation they required, we migrated them to a customized Odoo On-Premise environment. We developed custom modules to bridge the gap between their e-commerce sites and Odoo, automating the entire flow from sales and delivery to invoicing and payout recording. This eliminated manual errors and provided Soovah with a clear, automated view of their profitability.
