Key implementation areas include:
1. Sales - Creation and direct sending of quotations and invoices from Odoo, with centralized management of customer and vendor contacts in Serbia and abroad.
2. CRM - Deployment of the CRM module to track and record presales activities and customer interactions.
3. Procurement - Use of the Purchase app for sending RFQs and Purchase Orders (POs) to vendors, ensuring efficient procurement workflows.
4. Inventory Management - Organization and management of multiple warehouses of different types, including sales and production warehouses, linked with manufacturing and procurement processes. Initial stock setup and regular inventory counts were performed.
5. Manufacturing - Implementation of a system for production tracking and digitization of work orders.
6. Email Marketing - Execution of newsletter marketing campaigns directly through Odoo.
