تأسست في عام 2010 م لتكون الذراع الاستثماري لجامعة الملك سعود في مجالات الاقتصاد المعرفي ومشاريع الجامعة الاستراتيجية. تهدف شركة وادي الرياض إلى المساهمة الفعالة في تطوير اقتصاد المعرفة، عبر الشراكة بين المؤسسات التعليمية والبحثية ومجتمع الأعمال والاستثمار على أسس تجارية من خلال الاستثمار في المشاريع المشتركة التي تصقل الخبرات والتطبيق العملي لطلبة الجامعة وأساتذتها.

Riyadh Valley Co. was established in 2010, to be the investment arm of King Saud University in the fields of Knowledge economy and the university strategic projects. It aims to contribute effectively in the development of the knowledge economy, through a partnership between educational and research institutions and the investment community on a commercial basis by investing in joint projects that refine the experiences and practical application of university students and professors.
