Rješenje uključuje prilagođeni model pretplate koji omogućuje kupcima postavljanje ponavljajućih isporuka proizvoda. Implementacija pokriva cjelokupne poslovne procese uključujući kompletno računovodstveno poslovanje, proizvodne procedure, upravljanje zalihama i automatizaciju prodaje. De borstelfabriek Lurvink heeft een eeuwenlange traditie die teruggaat tot de vroege 19e eeuw, toen vijf zoons van Jan Lurvink (1747-1823) kozen voor het beroep van borstelmaker. De huidige fabriek, geleid door de zesde generatie Lurvink, produceert een breed assortiment borstels en bezems. Bos Cleaning & Finishing Products stroomlijnt productieproces met Odoo ERPBos Cleaning & Finishing Products ontwikkelt en produceert hoogwaardige gebruiksartikelen voor de reiniging- en afwerkingsindustrie. Met een eigen productieomgeving waarin materialen worden gesneden, gelijmd en samengesteld volgens stuklijsten, is het essentieel dat de logistiek en productie nauwkeurig op elkaar aansluiten.
Het bedrijf werkte eerder met Exact Online in combinatie met vPlan, maar liep tegen functionele beperkingen aan. Daarnaast waren eerdere verbetertrajecten met Flowmaster en Tracie niet succesvol. De behoefte aan een geïntegreerde en flexibele ERP-oplossing werd steeds urgenter, zeker gezien de ambitie om verder te professionaliseren.
Tijdens de oriëntatie op nieuwe systemen viel de keuze op Odoo, mede vanwege de flexibiliteit, schaalbaarheid en de mogelijkheid om dashboards en processen zelf aan te passen. Bos Cleaning & Finishing Products zocht daarbij naar een partner die kon meedenken over de volledige flow: van orderontvangst tot productie, kwaliteitscontrole en verzending.
Radical Fanatics (www.fanatics.nl) werd gekozen vanwege de pragmatische aanpak, technische diepgang en het vermogen om Odoo precies aan te passen op het productieproces. De implementatie omvat onder meer de modules Verkoop, Inkoop, Voorraadbeheer, Productie, Locatiebeheer, Boekhouding en CRM. Daarbij is er specifieke aandacht voor productieplanning, minimale verkoopaantallen, het beheren van stuklijsten en het tijdelijk opslaan van halffabricaten.
Ook het shopfloor-proces is sterk verbeterd. Denk aan barcodechecks bij materiaalverwerking, het tonen van werkinstructies en kennisbladen op de werkvloer, en het printen van labels met eigen opmaak. Daarnaast wordt gekeken naar automatisering van orderinvoer, onder andere via PDF-herkenning.
Met Odoo beschikt Bos Cleaning & Finishing Products nu over een toekomstbestendig platform waarmee ze meer grip krijgen op capaciteit, planning en kwaliteit – en waarmee ze klaar zijn voor verdere groei. Výroba / Údržba
