Een keten waarin écht lekkere, gezonde én verantwoorde producten de norm zijn en iedere schakel toegevoegde waarde heeft. Een keten die goed is voor jou, de natuur én de boer.
Terug naar de kern
Toen wij in 2013 op zoek gingen naar boodschappen zonder onnodige en ongezonde toevoegingen, bleek dat lastiger dan gedacht.
In de supermarkt vonden we vrijwel alleen maar producten vól met geur- kleur- en smaakstoffen of chemische E-nummers.“Waarom toch al die toevoegingen?” dachten wij. Stapje voor stapje ontdekten we dat de huidige voedselketen wel héél ingewikkeld is geworden. Een keten waarbij de boer, de natuur én de consument de prijs betaalt. Bij Boerschappen werken we daarom aan een nieuwe voedselketen, zodat juíst de boer, de natuur én de consument er beter van worden.
Onze missie
Wij willen laten zien dat het wél kan; een voedselketen die deugt voor alles én iedereen die erin betrokken is. En dus ook de bodem, biodiversiteit, lucht en water.
In onze statuten staat het heel helder omschreven. Het is onze missie om bij te dragen aan een gezonde levensstijl van onze klanten door gezond en voedingsrijk voedsel te leveren. En bovendien een positieve bijdrage te leveren aan de transitie richting regeneratieve landbouw. In de tussentijd maken we het leuk en eenvoudig om met de seizoenen mee te koken en vertellen we ál die mooie verhalen van onze boeren. Výroba / Údržba
