Par ailleurs, l’intégration avec un outil de présence permet également de gérer la paie et l’intégration native avec le module comptabilité permet un suivi actif des marges, valorisation de stock (avco) et la génération des documents fiscaux/légaux obligatoires.

Het verkoopproces is geautomatiseerd, inkoop is efficiënter geworden, en marketingtools zijn geïntegreerd voor gerichte advertenties. Ook is het boekhoudsysteem geautomatiseerd en het CRM-systeem verbeterd, wat de klantenservice verhoogt. Meerdere webshops worden nu centraal beheerd, en de WooCommerce-koppeling zorgt voor soepele synchronisatie. is een groothandel in motoronderdelen en accessoires gevestigd in Rijswijk, had behoefte aan een nieuwe ERP-oplossing toen de ondersteuning voor hun vorige systeem, Mamut, stopte. Ze zochten naar een moderne, gebruiksvriendelijke oplossing die toegankelijk is vanaf elke werkplek, inclusief mobiele apparaten en die Nederlandstalige ondersteuning biedt.Na een grondige evaluatie heeft Bike Design samen met dooIT (www.dooIT.nl) voor Odoo gekozen. De grootste vereisten waren dat het systeem eenvoudig zelf in te richten moest zijn, zonder veel externe hulp, en dat het Nederlandstalige ondersteuning bood. Odoo voldeed aan deze eisen met zijn gebruiksvriendelijke interface en toegankelijkheid vanaf verschillende locaties, inclusief mobiele apparaten. Door focus van het bedrijf en de Nederlandstalige Odoo-video’s van hun Odoo partner, dooIT met hun goede support, heeft zeker bijgedragen aan het snelle implementatie.
Met Odoo heeft Bike Design Nederland hun logistieke processen succesvol geïntegreerd in één systeem, zonder veel externe hulp. De flexibiliteit van Odoo stelt hen in staat om het systeem naar eigen wens aan te passen en ondersteunt hun toekomstige groei. Bike Design overweegt nu om Odoo verder uit te breiden met een website en e-commerce functionaliteiten, om hun online aanwezigheid te versterken en verdere groei te faciliteren. Meer weten?
