Legacy systems and manual workflows led to inefficiencies in raw material tracking, order fulfillment delays, and limited visibility across multiple business units and regions.
Solution: Fidobe Solutions implemented a tailored Odoo ERP system to streamline Tradex LLC’s end-to-end operations. Key modules included the Manufacturing Module for accurate production planning and work order management, the Inventory and Purchase Modules for real-time tracking of raw materials and supplier coordination, and the Sales and CRM Modules to manage client relationships across regions. The Accounting Module was configured for multi-currency and multi-company transactions, providing consolidated financial oversight.
Results: With the Odoo ERP solution in place, Tradex LLC achieved enhanced operational control, reduced lead times in both procurement and production, and improved order accuracy across its global client base. Financial reporting became faster and more reliable, while inter-departmental coordination strengthened across international branches.
