Stitch the Gap is a not-for-profit social enterprise delivering a mental health and environmental impact at the grassroots of our communities. Like Calibrate, they have been selected for the RBS Accelerator Programme, and they were interested in what Odoo would do for their initiative.“Unbelievable” was the post demo response, and Stitch the Gap quickly realised savings on the multiple apps they were using, and rattled up the website, event booking, e-commerce, contacts, crm.

Challenges
Stock Me faced complex inventory management of perishable and non-perishable goods, inefficient procurement processes, ineffective customer relationship management, and inadequate reporting and analytics. Ever Business Solutions implemented an Odoo ERP solution for Stock Me, integrating modules for inventory, procurement, CRM, advanced reporting, HR, Pyaroll, ecommerce, and website management to address their core challenges. Odoo's Inventory and Purchase modules streamlined inventory and vendor management, while its CRM capabilities improved customer engagement and service. The Accounting and Invoicing modules automated financial transactions and integrated these with other business processes. Additionally, the Ecommerce and Website modules enabled Stock Me to expand their online presence and sales channels locally and internationally offering an integrated b2b experience.
