SR Services Ltd
SR Group is a family-owned Maltese business with three decades of experience. SR Services supplies and supports machinery and plant equipment, while SR Environmental specialises in recycling, waste-management and pollution-control solutions. The same multi-company Odoo environment also supports TJ Novelty, a distinctly different business supplying educational toys, school and childcare equipment, classroom furniture and sensory solutions.The group needed to upgrade its established system from Odoo 14 to Odoo 17 while preserving important custom functionality. Its access-rights configuration also required a comprehensive redesign to create a clearer, more reliable and manageable security structure across these different businesses.
During Phase 1, Aviense completed the upgrade from Odoo 14 to Odoo 17 and migrated the group's custom modules. Phase 2 centred on a comprehensive redesign of the Odoo security and access-rights structure, the largest part of the engagement to date. Aviense subsequently completed a complex operational and data migration when one of the group's businesses changed its legal form.
The completed work gave the businesses an upgraded system with a more modern user experience, stronger role-based access and a more sustainable operational foundation. Aviense continues to provide ongoing support and maintenance across the environment. Služby a poradenství
