Nipponia SA

Trade & Traffic (Nipponia SA), founded in 1995, is the Dutch motorcycle and scooter importer and distributor for an international brand portfolio that includes Sundiro, Solex, Jawa, Voxan, CR&S, Adiva, CFMoto, Royal Enfield, and Hyosung, alongside the in-house Gomax brand. The shift toward electric two-wheelers across central European markets has expanded the catalogue into e-scooters and e-bikes, adding aftermarket and dealer-support complexity on top of an already multi-brand distribution model. 

As Trade & Traffic's Odoo integrating partner, we rolled out the full Odoo module suite, spanning CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, and the Odoo Website, configured around how the distribution business actually moves units from importer to dealer to end customer with Dutch accounting underneath. On top of the Odoo Website module we built a custom RMA portal that handles returns, warranty claims, and after-sales requests across the dealer network, feeding each case directly into the back-office workflow. The portal is the bespoke part of the engagement: the standard Odoo surface manages catalogue and order flow, the custom layer extends the website into a working aftermarket channel. T

he result is one Odoo instance handling the full distribution lifecycle, from imported brand catalogue to dealer orders to settlement, with aftermarket activity flowing into the same platform rather than running as a parallel system. The deployment absorbs the ongoing shift from combustion to electric without a second platform underneath.
