MEGABAT is a leading provider of high-quality kitchens, dressing rooms, doors, and other interior solutions, offering end-to-end services from initial design to final quality assurance based in Senegal. To manage its operations, MEGABAT initially relied on multiple disconnected systems, but the lack of integration between these tools led to inefficiencies in financial tracking, inventory management, project planning, and production workflows. MEGABAT attempted to implement Odoo but encountered challenges with the initial partner, leading to the need for a reassessment and a structured reimplementation. Seeking a fully optimized ERP solution, MEGABAT partnered with Azkatech, an Odoo Gold Partner, to realign its Odoo implementation and ensure its success. The new system covers accounting, sales, CRM, invoicing, fixed assets, multi-currency transactions, and reporting, alongside an integrated inventory module for purchasing, reordering, forecasting, and multi-warehouse management. Additionally, Odoo Projects and Timesheets facilitate improved project tracking, while the Manufacturing suite enables precise Bill of Materials (BoM) management, work center optimization, and efficient production workflows. With this transformation, MEGABAT is set to enhance operational efficiency, improve financial oversight, and achieve a seamless digital workflow across all business functions.
