Cost Cut successfully implemented a complete Odoo ERP solution for MA Group, a diversified holding company in Qatar owned by Mr. Mohamed Saadon Al Kuwary and Mr. Abdullah Al Emadi. The group operates one holding company and nine retail and food & beverage branches under multiple brand names.

Following the successful deployment across all branches, MA Group achieved significant improvement in controlling food and beverage costs through accurate Bill of Materials (BoM), automated stock deduction, and real-time inventory valuation. The system enabled precise tracking of ingredient consumption per item sold, allowing management to monitor actual food cost versus target cost and reduce waste and operational losses.

Cost Cut delivered a fully integrated end-to-end solution covering Point of Sale (POS), Inventory, Purchasing, Manufacturing (recipe management), and Accounting, all unified within one centralized platform. This integration ensured automatic cost calculation, real-time financial entries, and consolidated reporting across all brands and branches.

As a result, MA Group gained complete operational visibility, improved cost control, accurate profitability analysis per branch and per product, and centralized management control through a single ERP system.
