Vuonna 1966 perustettu Työkalupalvelu-Toolservice Grönblom Oy (TKP) on metallintyöstön ja teknisen kaupan erikoisosaaja. Yrityksen vahvuus perustuu syvään tekniseen asiantuntemukseen ja kokonaisvaltaiseen palveluun, johon kuuluu myynnin lisäksi oma huolto- ja teroituspalvelu. TKP toimii tiiviissä yhteistyössä maailman johtavien valmistajien, kuten Sandvik Coromantin, kanssa tarjoten asiakkailleen markkinoiden laadukkaimpia ratkaisuja.TKP:n liiketoiminta vaatii tarkkuutta niin varastonhallinnassa, teknisessä myynnissä kuin huoltopalveluiden koordinoinnissa. Yrityksellä oli aiemmin käytössä Odoo 13 -versio, mutta toiminnan kasvaessa järjestelmää haluttiin päivittää. Tavoitteena oli rakentaa täysin uusi, moderni ja "kaikenkattava" järjestelmä, joka integroi yrityksen kaikki toiminnot saumattomasti yhteen ja poistaa manuaaliset välivaiheet.
Yhteistyössä Ahkion kanssa TKP toteutti merkittävän teknologisen harppauksen ottamalla käyttöön Odoo 19 -version. Uusi järjestelmä on rakennettu palvelemaan yrityksen koko elinkaarta:
- Myynti ja tekninen tuki: Asiakaskohtaiset ratkaisut ja tilausketjut hallitaan tehokkaasti.
- Varastonhallinta: Laaja tuotevalikoima ja nopeat toimitukset varmistetaan reaaliaikaisella seurannalla.
- Huolto- ja teroituspalvelut: Omien palveluprosessien hallinta on integroitu osaksi kokonaisuutta.
- Taloushallinto: Kaikki liiketoimintatiedot virtaavat suoraan kirjanpitoon, mikä takaa tarkan talouden seurannan.
Odoo 19 toimii yrityksen digitaalisena sydämenä. Siirtyminen vanhemmasta versiosta suoraan
uusimpaan mahdolliseen teknologiaan on tuonut TKP:lle merkittävää kilpailuetua, parempaa
käytettävyyttä ja vankan pohjan tulevaisuuden kasvulle.
