For CalFlor, Bista Solutions implemented a comprehensive Odoo ERP integration with SPS Commerce to automate EDI transaction processing and streamline B2B order fulfillment operations. The solution included automated handling of critical EDI documents such as Purchase Orders (850), Purchase Order Acknowledgments (855), Advance Ship Notices (856), and Invoices (810), along with secure API connectivity through SPS Commerce's Transaction API. Bista also integrated Shopify order flows with EDI processing, developed custom queue management and document tracking systems, and enhanced purchase order workflows with real-time EDI visibility. The implementation eliminated manual document processing, improved trading partner communications, and established a scalable foundation for efficient order management and fulfillment operations.
