Bobos Club is a Greek event production company specializing in children's entertainment and corporate events, managing a high volume of productions annually that require precise coordination of creative teams, production resources, and equipment across events of varying scale and complexity.

The company operated without any integrated systems across its core functions. There was no CRM to capture and track leads, no structured quoting process, and no way to monitor

project progress or financial outcomes once a project was underway. The creation of each quotation was a manual, time-intensive effort — and once sent, opportunities were frequently lost with no systematic follow-up. Equipment inventory was entirely untracked, making it impossible to know the availability, condition, or location of production assets. Neurons Tech implemented Odoo covering CRM, Sales, Purchase, Projects, Expenses, Inventory, and Invoicing modules, building a fully integrated end-to-end system from lead

capture through event delivery to final invoicing. Standard workflows were defined and configured across all key business processes. A dedicated cost centre was established for each event, enabling accurate budget tracking and post-event profitability analysis. The production equipment inventory was fully digitized, with location and condition tracking for all assets. The solution also included integration with a certified Greek e-invoicing provider in full compliance with local tax legislation.
