Bake House

Bake House is a well-known bakery and café chain in Pakistan. A complete multi-company Odoo ERP solution was successfully implemented across 16–17 business entities to streamline factory and café operations through a centralized system.

The implementation covered Sales, CRM, POS, Kitchen Display, Manufacturing, Payroll, HR, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Helpdesk, and Workflow Automation modules. The solution improved coordination between production and café operations, enhanced inventory and financial control, and increased overall operational efficiency across the organization.
