AFCON Secretariat Uganda

AFCON Secretariat Uganda is the Local Organizing Committee (LOC) responsible for planning and delivering the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations in Uganda. Established under the Ministry of Education and Sports and based in Lugogo, the Secretariat implemented Odoo to manage finance, procurement, project coordination, and internal operations. This improved cross-department coordination, strengthened financial control, and enhanced operational visibility in preparation for a large-scale international tournament.
