Hello. I use version 16 and it does not send me emails. In the instructions, it tells me that if it is the version installed on the Odoo server, nothing needs to be configured since the smtp server is already configured, but the case is that it does not send me any outgoing mail.

hello, i do have the same problema, Odoo Online says:
A default outgoing email server is already configured. You should not create an alternative one unless you really want to use a specific external outgoing email server for technical reasons.
but i cant send email, can you help ?
