Automated actions - notify user when task was created

Question

Hi to all, the case is the following:
1- Task was created by an email has sent to a determinated alias. This works ok.
2- Automated action must be sent that task (step 1). This doesn't work.
3- If I create a task from Odoo panel the automated action works ok.
4- The automated action must be notify to user that: the task was created, id task, author, etc.
Can you help me to understand the rules on "automated actions" to solve this problem?

Hi Ricardo, thanks for your answer and share with me this information.
I need the following: when a task is created from an external email or internal email I need send automatic notification to let's know to user that the task was created.
I created an automatic actions but it doesn't work properly, I guess I'm not add the correctly filters.
