Please do the following steps:

1. Login as Admin and Activate Developer mode from settings
2. Go to Settings->Technical->User Interface->Views
3. 1. Open the view Brand Promotion Message
   2. Deactivate this view or comment or remove the content as below (PFA)

You can change the footer template by using the web editor. Simply click the 'Edit' button located at the top right corner of the website
