I created an autmoated action, when a sales order is created to send an email.
It workes when I confrom the sales order the first time but, if I cancel it and re-confirm it does't send the email again
Can anyone help?
Please note that I have the standered plan not the custom
That will only work when you create a quotation / sales order.
If you want it to happen when you confirm the sales order, you can trigger it on creation and update and add domains (and a trigger, but that's not required).
There are two domains:
In your case, "before" is status is NOT Sales Order, "apply on" will be that status is Sales Order.
