Once converted into a customer. it has to go to the customer's list. when I filter "customers" I wanted to see them which is converted via CRM

I have tested what you are trying to say above. When you create a quotation using crm select "create a new customer" this will create a new customer for you and after all that mark it won. Go to sales/customers and you will find your customer there try searching it right.
