yes exactly.    once done the process.    It should be under the customer's list but not does.
It's going to the individual list under contact.  How to achieve it
Once converted into a customer. it has to go to the customer's list. when I filter "customers" I wanted to see them which is converted via CRM

I have tested what you are trying to say above. When you create a quotation using crm select "create a new customer" this will create a new customer for you and after all that mark it won. Go to sales/customers and you will find your customer there try searching it right.
