Ma Ferme
Cette coopérative sera un facilitateur, une "pépinière" pour l'entrepreneuriat rural et agricole. Elle mettra des infrastructures flexibles et un maximum de synergies à disposition de porteurs de projet.Les projets qui s’y développeront seront à vocation rurale et agricole. Ils seront inscrits dans le circuit-court et respectueux de l'environnement et du voisinage. Les projets favoriseront l’interaction entre eux, et avec leur filière d’activité locale. Ils seront à taille humaine, sans minimiser leur impact économique. A terme, ce sont plus de 10 emplois qui pourraient y être créés.
Plusieurs porteurs de projets se sont déjà manifestés : une champignonnière, un artisan menuisier, une petite école inclusive, de l’agritourisme, de l’élevage ovin, un espace de maraîchage à vocation d'intégration sociale, une herboristerie, un verger pâturé de hautes-tiges et des petits fruits.
Si certains projets le nécessitent, car leur modèle financier a besoin d'une structure forte, la coopérative pourra s’y investir elle-même directement.
La coopérative veut par ses actions contribuer à créer des liens entre habitants et travailleurs de la campagne. Elle veut rejoindre les acteurs qui y créent de la vie et de l’économie, dans le respect de l'environnement.
Pour poursuivre sa mission, la coopérative devra créer, animer et faire grandir une communauté active autour du circuit-court et du respect de l'environnement. Le financement participatif et coopératif sera pour cela un élément essentiel.

Moespom is a family-owned business based in Moerzeke, Belgium, that has been processing potatoes since 1959. They specialize in packaging potatoes into smaller sizes for the consumer market, serving major retail clients like Lidl, Colruyt, and Spar.The challenges
Moespom needed a modern, efficient ERP system to support its complex business processes, from harvesting raw potatoes to distributing packaged products to major retailers. A significant challenge was the requirement for EDI communication with large retail clients, demanding a system capable of handling electronic orders, delivery confirmations, and invoices seamlessly. They also needed robust lot tracking and packaging management to ensure product traceability and meet specific retailer requirements.
Our solutions
The Odoo implementation was configured to manage core business processes, including production, sales, and purchasing. Custom EDI integration was implemented to automate communication with retailers, enabling the system to receive orders and send delivery and invoice messages electronically. Additionally, custom modules were developed to enhance traceability and stock management by adding specific fields for packaging information, customer association, and expiration details to manufacturing orders, as well as enabling lot number tracking from harvest to storage.
