Fonicom Limited
Fonicom is an IT service company based in Malta that implemented Odoo directly. They came to Smart IT for support on a range of applications they were using. Smart IT carried out a discovery project to help the Fonicom team understand Odoo’s processes and align them with their day-to-day operations. The training was carried out in the areas of CRM, Sales, HR Finance, and Projects. Further applications like document management were reviewed within the discovery process to implement. Smart IT is now providing consultancy to migrate Fonicom’s hosting from Odoo online to Odoo.SH IT/通讯
