Fonicom Limited
Fonicom is an IT service company based in Malta that implemented Odoo directly. They came to Smart IT for support on a range of applications they were using. Smart IT carried out a discovery project to help the Fonicom team understand Odoo’s processes and align them with their day-to-day operations. The training was carried out in the areas of CRM, Sales, HR Finance, and Projects. Further applications like document management were reviewed within the discovery process to implement. Smart IT is now providing consultancy to migrate Fonicom’s hosting from Odoo online to Odoo.SH IT / Communication / Marketing

digitisation of their operations in order to help them reduce manual works as well as aiding
them reduce repetitive tasks. 4Sight Group provided Kyte with support on the

MPS Ltd.
MPS Ltd. is one of the top three advertising agencies in Malta, specializing in traditional media channels such as TV, radio, newspapers, and journals. With a strong reputation in the local advertising industry, MPS provides a wide range of advertising and media services. Aviense migrated MPS from their previous system, Shireburn FSM, which had numerous limitations and could no longer meet their growing needs. Aviense then completed two phases of a multi-stage Odoo implementation.In Phase 1, we deployed Sales, Purchase, Invoicing, and Accounting apps.
in Phase 2, we integrated the CRM app, all with significant customizations to meet the specific needs of the advertising industry. These customizations helped build a vertical system tailored for the advertising sector.
Phase 3, which will focus on Projects, Timesheets, and Manufacturing, is forthcoming.
