Why i can't modify or create users ?

Question

*Hi ,
Every time i try to create or modify a user this error message appear​:*

/'View error

Can't find field 'in_group_70' in the following view parts composing the view of object model 'res.users':
* res.users.groups

Either you wrongly customized this view, or some modules bringing those views are not compatible with your current data model'/

*Can any one help me repairing* *this ? *

Did you remove some group or customised any?

Usually, only admin has the access to create/edit the user info. In either case, a non-admin user can belong to a certain group and with the help of right access and record rule, you may achieve this.

No actually i did't change a thing , that is the wierd thing
And about the right access , every one whom i work with can add a new Users or Modify ,

but latly it was a problem .
