I was checking functionality of resources menu in technical settings under resource. Here is the path: - Settings -> technical -> resource -> resources But i didn't get where to use this or what is use of this. I have googled it and also check ed odoo documentation but didn't find the use anywhere. So please let me know what is the functionality of this or any link for this will help me a lot.

Hi,
All the time that will be used by the company as resources(the working hours of each employees and work centers) and efficiency factor are listed in the resources. The attendances and leaves of employees are synchronized based on the shifts added as the working time in the resources.

Thanks for the response but can you elaborate a bit more please and what is the difference and use of human and material in resource type? please elaborate a bit more so that it will be much helpful.
