We just installed Odoo version 12.0 through Odoo official windows installer 20181020 package, but found there is no  Website Animate  module in the APP of website builder.

How can we get or where to download that a module?

Hi,

The module was at some point in the official Odoo code but has been removed. You can find the app on the official Odoo app store now though. You can download it from https://www.odoo.com/apps/modules/12.0/website_animate/

You'll need to add the module to your custom addons folder, restart the Odoo service and then update your modules list. Afterwards you can find and install the module.

Is there any reason why this wouldn't be included in either the core community odoo repository or at least in the enterprise repository?
