I want to use only the POS app in a free plan, I created the database, but it is a trial. How can I be sure, that after the trial period it will not be cancelled?

Assuming that your are talking about Odoo Online. First, make sure to activate your database (going from 4h to 15 days trial). Then click on the link in the registration notification in the launch page like if you wanted to pay for it. If the total of your subscription shows 0, then you are good to go. If not, contact Odoo at www.odoo.com/help
