I want to view the recent log notes of all leads in a single-page view may be form view.
Where I should be able to check the latest log note of all leads together.
Please help me with this problem.

Hi,
you could show all related notes on specific model by following this steps (tree view)
1. activate developer mode and navigate to Technical ->messages
2. filter based on "Related Document Model" is equal to crm.lead
3. add exisiting field "Body" content into tree view:
4. you can group by specific date
