I am running latest exe version of OpenERP v7 on Windows 2003. While clicking start service against "OpenERP Server 7.0", it cannot be started and there's an error record in event viewer such as the following:

The instance's SvcRun() method failed

Has anyone come across the same issue? Much appreciate if any input on it.
