We are using Odoo 12 CE. Recently one of our non-admin users was missing(Not inactive)  from the user interface in settings as well as in the employee master.

Due  to the the above  issue, we  were  unable  to  do  any  changes  to  the  any  of  the  records  created  by  that  perticular  user  and  gets a permission error.

Assuming the user was deleted by mistake, we tried to recreated the new user to assign the user id of the missing user. But when we were looking in the res_users table we  found out  that  the  missing  user  in  users  interface  is  still  in  the  database.

Hence, its not clear how that happened and appreciate your help on  solving  this  issue...
