I have set multiple companies in my database.
When I try accessing users that are allowed to multiple companies I am having this error:
Uh-oh! Looks like you have stumbled upon some top-secret records.
Sorry, User(id=2) doesn't have 'read' access to:
- Contact, Company X (res.partner: 10, company=Company X)
Blame the following rules:
- res.partner company
Note: this might be a multi-company issue. Switching company may help - in Odoo, not in real life!
If you really, really need access, perhaps you can win over your friendly administrator with a batch of freshly baked cookies.

Hi,
Even if you have enabled multiple companies for the user, make sure they are active as well. This error could occur if you have not activated the companies which the user has access to.

On the top right, try to swich to the company that the Contact is asigned to.
