In trial balance report, the initial balance column is not shown in few cases. I want to know in what cases it is not shown and is it possible to always have the initial/opening balance column in the reports.

Not sure, Can you describe in which case you can't see initial balance column hide ?
If I take trial balance filtered as 'by date', the initial balance doesn't show up. I need initial balance irrespective of any filter. Thanks for your response
