We have uploded a template document on the order. Is there a solution to automatically fill the template document from the order (order number, item purchased, price, place of delivery...)?

By default there is no such options, if you are uploading a document(pdf), you might have to customize and make it possible to update the uploaded documents.
Better you design a pdf report in the system in the layout of the template and use it
