Selling partial out a full length quantity

Question

I have odoo v13, we sell steel wire core on reels  , i am facing a problem when i have left over from stock (ex we have 2 Reels 100 meter and other 70 meter same specs )
the problems comes when a customer orders 120 meter the odoo would take 100 from the first reel then 20 from the other reel
in the real life scenario this is not applicable , as those are sold only in full quantity so i want the system to reject the order or specify it is not in stock if the requested item is more than what is o

Thanks Baijus , i am using meters i will give you a life example
in my stock i have two reels of the same specifications one 100 meter and other is 70 meter of steel wire rope , in the inventory it shows the quantity in hand is 170 meter , i get an order of 120 meter , steel wire rope is treated as fiber optics cable it has be sold one piece,
so while the team is placing the order it would take 100 meters from the first reels and 20 meter out of the second reel ,
what i want is when the order is
