Problem receiving email on Message module

Question

Hello to everybody
I configured incoming and outgoing mail in the settings with my mail servers (OVH) and the tests were successful. Except that I do not receive emails entering the inbox of the Message module. Are there any additional actions that need to be taken?

Indeed when I configure the user parameters under "managed under odoo" it works. But when it's rather "managed by emails it doesn't work" How do I receive incoming emails in my outlook messaging application, for example, also receive the same email in odoo via the Message module inbox?

you have to change the user setting>preference>notifications to Handled in Odoo. check same and revert
