An order generated through the Self-Order QR may be printed on the kitchen printer.
The order does appear on the Preparation Display and the printer works correctly for orders from the Point of Sales (POS).
It is a standard functionality and something is missing to configure or it may only appear in the Preparation Display.
Hi Bernal,
as far as I know, preparation printing does not work in self-service mode - the communication between Odoo and the printer does not seem to be implemented there.
You can only use the preparation display.
