PDF Report from a model

Question

Hi,
I have searched for answers, I got a little bit confused and I`m not a experimented coder.
I need to print a PDF from a model, with custom fields and related fields also.
The model itself is helpdesk.ticket model and the purpose is to send the client who open the ticket, a summary of his request with company Logo, Company Details, Customer Details and Ticket Details, something like a work order report. The ticket form is for a repair shop using Odoo Community ver.13. I need to know how to ma
