I want to connect cyclos (the opensource and powerful mobile banking software) with openerp for using the accounting module

Too generic question, you can connect any system trhought a push-push algorithm using web-services.
You can create one internal openerp-module to manage httprequests and so on with controllers. (see website module for examples).
