In the odoo website the live chat works properly but in external website, I start chatting with bot, when I am sending a message from my side it is not showing on UI but the reply is getting properly, when I reload the page at that time I can see my sent messages. I have configured nginx using
odoo16 system configuration documentation.
I did not add ssl_ciphers, is it necessary to add ssl_ciphers in odoo.conf?
It would be helpful for me if someone answered this
