We tried using SMS Marketing in 2 different Enterprice versions 13.0 and 14.0 with Odoo's default SMS option.

In version 13.0 : We ran two sample campaigns with only 4 people as target with valid phone numbers (2 in the US, 1 in India and 1 in Mexico). In first campaign it did reach 1 in India and 1 in Mexico but no one from USA received it. In the 2nd campaign (same target without making any change) it reached 1 in Mexico, 1 in India and 1 in the USA. But the other in the USA didn't receive it. More problematic is the status information of the campaign. In both the cases it says 100% received!

In version 14.0 : It doesn't even allow to register an SMS account. What's happening here is when we give the phone number with +1 as prefix (for US) , it opens up the dialog to take verification code that is supposed to be received on that phone number. But it never sends the verification code. We tried several times without any success.

So, I am asking if Odoo's SMS Marketing is reliable and if it's being used by others extensively. We have raised tickets and waiting for a solution for many days.
