Hi,

Our organisation have been traditionally a SAP and Service Now user.

After many attempts, we were able to convince our management for presentation of Odoo for ITSM processes. But before we do that, they have asked for some documents related to Odoo which talks about Odoo's ITSM capabilities related to Change Management, Incident Management and if Odoo follows ITIL standards.

I have gone through odoo.com but was unable to find anything. So would it be possible for someone to direct me to the right place please.

No. Tried a lot didn't get anything. Ended up aligning my customisation as per the guidelines.
