Our company recently purchased a subscription with Odoo and have been focusing on building out the CRM. We are using Odoo Online with the latest version (v17), and our issue falls within the default configuration of having a REPLY-TO email. 


Unfortuantely, many of our clients have reached back out saying their mailing server flags & deletes messages with a REPLY-TO email (whether it be the same email as the FROM or a Catchall) as this is a common scam tactic. In order for our company to use the Send Message function in our CRM, we would need to remove the REPLY-TO on the emails. We haven't found a way to do that through any documentation or forum posts - any ideas from the community?
