ODOO Bagde not update

I have 3015 xp, completed three courses  still not a single baged given to me however i should get all below four:
Find your Catalyst: Register to the platform
Design your Costume: Complete your profile
Discover your Powers: Complete a course
Community hero: Reach 2000 XP
