We need to purchase an Apps in version 17, for 100$, because Odoo does not have the functionality built in as a standard.
Can someone tell me how it will work next year and the year after. Do I need to pay 100$ again once I will be on version 18 and another 100$ when I will be on version 19 and so on? Or we pay once, and the development is good for live?
In general, if you wan to upgrade Odoo from old version to a new version you need first to upgrade your custom apps and test them in a new version test DB and make sure they are working without issues. If an app is not working properly or you are not able to install it, you need to purchase it for the new version.
