I am using odoo version 9 and earlier I set up a database that was working.
when i try to create any new database its giving below error:
Internal Server Error there is an error in the application.
I want to create a new database please help me with this issue

Please go to server log.
And if you note "Access Denied" log there, Then please ensure your master password of psql.
