When trying to install a 3rd party module through Odoo's interface, it claims that the module has not been purchased, despite the fact that I have the sales order for the module and all of its dependencies and I can show that it has been paid. Is there any way to solve this issue?

It might depend on the user you are logged in with. I usually download the module from Odoo App store und upload it manually to my custom/addons folder on my server.
