Working schedule method
I would like to configure a working schedule for night shift employees (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM), but due to limitations in Odoo, this is not possible. If I use the Flexible Hours method, the time-off calculation is incorrect—applying leave for that period only counts as half a day off.
Planning method
When I configure the schedule using the Planning Method, it shows random values instead of the exact planned hours, and, like the first method, I am unable to apply leave for the specific shift.
Attendance Method
As for the Attendance Method, I am unsure how it calculates, as it shows total numbers and days greater than the actual hours the employee was present.
Instead of removing existing features and introducing less useful specifications in the name of a new version, Odoo could focus on improving the current limitations.
